The Ambassador offered a detailed analysis of China’s rise as a global power, its engagements with the region and the world, and the evolving state of bilateral relations.

During the event, Hashmi underscored the Pakistan mission in Beijing's ongoing efforts to deepen the trade, investment, and economic ties between the two nations. His remarks highlighted the successful exchanges between leaders, including visits by Prime Ministers, ministers, and military representatives from both countries, as well as the strong diplomatic relationship underscored by the Communist Party of China’s ministerial visits.

A major focus of the discussion was the enhancement of business-to-business (B2B) collaborations and the promotion of people-to-people exchanges. Participants stressed the necessity for foresight and strategic preparedness to harness the full potential of this dynamic partnership. The event concluded with a renewed commitment to strengthening the Pakistan-China relationship amid the challenges and opportunities presented by the changing global order.
