BEIJING: Sardar Muhammad, the Acting Consul General of Pakistan in Guangzhou, has invited Chinese businessmen to capitalize on the investment opportunities in Pakistan’s plastic industry. During his opening address at the Pakistan-China Plastic Industry B2B Investment Conference held in Guangzhou, he welcomed participants and emphasized the potential for joint ventures that promise benefits for both nations.

The conference brought together eight Pakistani companies and 44 Chinese companies in a hybrid format, fostering a productive environment for business discussions. These engagements led to the signing of eight Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), underscoring the shared commitment to enhancing trade relations.

Attendees lauded the event’s organization, recognizing it as a valuable platform for forming partnerships, exploring collaborative ventures, and identifying avenues for mutual growth in the plastic sector.
