Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb recently emphasized the crucial role of economic diplomacy in strengthening Pakistan's relationship with China. Speaking to Pakistan’s Ambassador to China, Khalil Hashmi, in Islamabad, he highlighted the need for deeper economic collaboration as Pakistan’s economy continues to expand.
Ambassador Hashmi briefed the Minister about his ongoing initiatives to enhance bilateral ties, sharing insights into high-level visits, exchanges, and agreements between the two countries. These efforts are focused on increasing cooperation in trade, investment, and other economic areas.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to fostering stronger strategic and economic relations between Pakistan and China. They acknowledged the tremendous potential for mutual growth and agreed that the coming years would offer opportunities for both nations to benefit from a more integrated partnership.
