Chinese Business Delegation Explores Major Investment Opportunities in Pakistan
A high-level delegation from China has expressed significant interest in investing across several key sectors of Pakistan’s economy, including the relocation of Chinese industries to the country.
During their visit to the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) in Islamabad today, representatives from four prominent Chinese business groups were briefed on a range of investment opportunities. The discussions highlighted priority sectors such as agriculture, livestock, information technology, energy, minerals, tourism, and industrial development.
The delegation was also introduced to the policy reforms implemented by SIFC aimed at enhancing Pakistan’s business climate, alongside key features of the nation’s industrial growth strategy.
This visit is expected to boost ongoing collaboration between Pakistan and China under the Business-to-Business (B2B) framework, further encouraging bilateral economic ties.
