Pakistan and China have officially launched a commemorative logo to mark 75 years of diplomatic relations, underscoring the strength and continuity of their long-standing partnership. The logo was jointly unveiled by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, formally inaugurating a year-long programme of celebrations.
The unveiling ceremony symbolised the deep-rooted and multi-dimensional ties between the two countries, often described as “iron-clad” brothers. The logo reflects shared values, mutual trust, and a partnership that has steadily expanded across political, economic, defence, and cultural domains over the decades.

Addressing the ceremony, Senator Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm commitment to the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership with China. He noted that the 75th anniversary represents a historic milestone and an opportunity to celebrate a friendship that has endured global changes and emerged stronger with time.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi echoed these views, describing the Pakistan-China relationship as a model of state-to-state relations based on mutual respect and cooperation. He highlighted the breadth of bilateral engagement, ranging from the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to defence collaboration and cultural exchanges.
Both leaders expressed their shared resolve to observe the platinum jubilee in a meaningful and memorable manner. Planned activities throughout the year include high-level diplomatic engagements, cultural programmes, trade exhibitions, and people-to-people exchanges, aimed at strengthening future cooperation while honouring the legacy of the past 75 years.
