Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed asserted on Tuesday that the trade agreements between Iran and China hold the potential to bolster not only the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and Gwadar projects but also enhance regional connectivity.
Highlighting the exclusion of India by Iran from the Chabahar port, Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed emphasized that this move would contribute to the establishment of peace and security along the western borders of Pakistan. He conveyed these sentiments during an interview with a private news channel.
Furthermore, he attributed the strained relations between India and regional countries to the policies pursued by Indian leaders. He noted that these leaders had been attempting to destabilize Pakistan but had failed to achieve their nefarious goals.
Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed also expressed his admiration for Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa's role in promoting regional peace. He pointed out that Pakistan's relations with both Iran and Afghanistan were rapidly improving thanks to General Bajwa's efforts.
In addition, he welcomed the initiation of trade and business corridors between Iran and China, highlighting the positive implications for regional cooperation and development.
