Revitalizing Regional Trade: CPEC's Transformative Impact - SAARC Vice President


Vice Presidents Qaisar Khan Daudzai of FPCCI and Haji Ghulam Ali of SAARC recently met with Ambassador Akan Rakhmetullin from Kazakhstan in a collaborative effort to enhance bilateral trade between Pakistan and Kazakhstan. Their discussions focused on various avenues to strengthen trade ties and promote the exchange of trade delegations between the two nations. Additionally, they highlighted the positive impact of religious connections on fostering future trade relations.

Haji Ghulam Ali emphasized that the completion of CPEC routes in the region would soon alleviate the challenges faced in bilateral trade. The visitation of mutual trade delegates would facilitate a better understanding of the issues encountered in business exchanges and pave the way for effective solutions. With the activation of Gwadar and Karachi Port links, and the full realization of CPEC, comprehensive support and facilitation for regional trade would soon be underway.

Qaisar Khan Daudzai, Vice President of FPCCI, expressed the readiness of the business community in both the region and Pakistan to assist the government in establishing road communication from KP Chitral to Kazakhstan via Afghanistan, even offering technical expertise.

Furthermore, Haji Ghulam Ali proposed the necessity of a robust banking channel between Kazakhstan and Pakistan to facilitate seamless money exchange for trade activities.
