Thousands of young men and women from Gwadar and nearby villages gathered at Senator Ishaq Cricket Stadium to take the Bano Qabil entry test, turning the venue into a vivid showcase of ambition and hope. Organized by the Alkhidmat Foundation, the event drew participants from far-reaching areas, all carrying admit cards and the desire to build brighter futures.
The stadium buzzed with activity as students sat in orderly rows, with a notable presence of young women, reflecting the growing role of women in skill development initiatives. The Bano Qabil entry test serves as a gateway to free, market-oriented training programs designed to boost youth employability and career readiness.

Provincial Assembly Member Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman emphasized the importance of education and technical skills for regional growth. “Equipped youth will uplift Gwadar, Makran, Balochistan, and ultimately contribute to national development,” he said.
Hafiz Naeem Ahmad described the initiative as a “game changer,” highlighting the strong participation of women. “Seeing so many daughters of Gwadar take part is inspiring,” he noted. “Technical and vocational training for women secures their future and strengthens families and communities.”
Students who pass the entry test will have access to free courses in information technology and vocational skills, covering IT fundamentals, freelancing, graphic design, web development, and other technical and professional programs. Organizers also plan to introduce additional courses in future phases to further empower the youth of the region.
For the participants, the Gwadar entry test was more than an examination—it represented a collective step towards education, skills, self-reliance, and brighter opportunities for the next generation.
